I have a lot on my mind today. It’s not a bad thing necessarily, but this is shaping up to be the most personal post I’ve made so far. Hopefully, this has the same effect as reading one of the Psalms. In them we find very intimate thoughts and feelings that strengthen our faith as we realize how faithful our Father has always been.
Days like this give me the exercise of remembering all of the times when uncertainty about details didn’t matter. God is in control. I have to focus on what I’m certain about – HIM. Our Father loves us and is faithful to his own words. Nothing can separate us from that love!
As I plan to start another school year in the public school, my motivation is partially found in the reality that ignorance can be a disability. In a nation where predatory behavior is rampant, knowledge and wisdom must be acquired to build strong minds and skills.
Pray for the world with me that we find the light of truth and begin to live in faith, hope and love together.
